For the purposes of Clause 2.21 of the Code of Conduct for Council Employees adopted for the purposes of Section 110 of the Local Government Act 1999 as amended from 2 April 2018 and the determined amount published in the Gazette on 13 February 2018 on which this Notice is made, the value of $50 is specified. Where a Council Employee receives a gift or benefit of more than $50 there is a requirement for the Council Employee to advise the CEO and that this information be recorded within the gifts and benefits register made publicly available at the Council Office and on Council’s website.
